UO Opera presents Spanish Opera Imaginings

Description

The UO Opera Ensemble presents two Spanish one-acts. The first a Baroque piece called Los Elementos (The Elements) about Air, Earth, Water, Fire, Time, and Dawn and their anticipation of the arrival of the Sun. The second piece is called El Poeta Calculista, a comedy, with a frustrated poet talking about ridiculous business ideas and love.

Attendees are required to wear masks in all UO and SOMD buildings and performance spaces. Large events will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the prior three days.
