"Radium Girls" is a play based on the true story of young women working in dial-painting factories in the 1920s. They were instructed to lick their paintbrushes, unknowingly poisoning themselves with radium. The play focuses on their fight for justice against the U.S. Radium Corporation, highlighting themes of corporate greed, worker's rights, and the commercialization of science.
